Freedom of Speech, is there a limit?

People misinterpret the Bible, and claim they know what is right, but sometimes because we as humans are flawed, we claim things that God says that he never meant at all. When this lady said that God will punish those that do not follow his word she is absolutely right 100%, but God doesn't like punishing us, we are his children and he gives us a chance to redeem ourselves from sin, and we whom are not perfect cannot judge the world for we are not perfect.
now enough with the religious point of view, as an American I think this lady should of chosen her words wisely. I mean if a congresswoman was shot in the head for attempting to work for the people and do what is right for her state, why do people like this, that talk about our men and women in uniforms get away with such injustice?
